Care Kit

I purchased this kit to keep my pink Uggs looking their best. I treated my new Uggs with the protector before they were ever worn. Despite this, they still became dirty with a dirt & grey discoloration. The cleaner took out some but not all of the dirt/grey color. I tried to be gentle, but the rubber eraser still detached from the backing during the cleaning similar to experiences reported by several other reviewers. The sprayer would not work when I tried to reapply the protector. Even soaking in warm/hot water did not get the sprayer to work. I contacted Ugg and was told to buy a new spray bottle from Target or Walmart and transfer the contents. I've had better experience with suede cleaners and protectors purchased from my local shoe store or Target. At least their spray bottles did not stop working after one use. In the attached pictures the lighter pink areas are not due to lighting. It is the difference between the areas that do not look dirty and the grey areas that remain dirty despite cleaning with the Ugg Cleaner. I do not recommend this kit.

I used this on a pair of Ugg Pink Shearling (double-faced shearling, as described) Slippers. They weren't stained, just had some dirt on them. The product did nothing to clean the outside of the slipper even though I followed directions. The clean spray product did have a nice aroma, the product you put on the shearling fur part. I really wanted to be able to clean my slippers; a lamb gave its' life to them. It's the least I could do. Won't purchase anymore shearling-period.
