lightweight, casual, comfy
The big test for any sneaker is does it rip apart my heels - nope! This shoe is lower cut on the heel which spares heels from getting blisters! The shoe is lightweight, thanks to the mesh top and crepe sole. It’s stylish (my boyfriend liked it a lot), the mint color was a cute pop for most outfits and it’s comfy thanks to the usual Ugg comfort insoles.
They do run roomy. I’m a 7.5 in heels but one foot is slightly bigger so usually an 8 in most flats. I ordered a 7.5 per other reviews saying it runs large and it fit perfectly but with a bit of room in the back along the sides of the heel. Wouldn’t recommend this shoe for someone with a narrow foot!! The mesh fabric does stretch so if you have slightly wide feet you might enjoy this shoe a lot!
The only caveat, downside is that this shoe is not designed to last forever. Crepe soles are the worst in terms of durability, the sole wears down faster than most rubber soles. You should only buy crepe-soled shoes when you know you won’t wear it daily, you change out your shoes frequently, or you want to use it as a work commute or travel shoe. With infrequent wear they can last for years, but if you want to wear daily or are hard on shoes this isn’t the shoe for you. Pick something with a polyurethane sole instead! <Used to sell shoes at Nordies years ago ;) >
