I ordered these UGGs as a gift for my girlfriend and although, the price tag was a little high, I did not mind. As soon as she received the box, she Seemed puzzled because, she did not expect a box to come to my house for her. As soon as she opened it, she seen what the box consisted of and instantly became very happy with a smile from ear to ear due to her never owning authentic UGGs before this. The boots came in very well packaged. I definitely recommend purchasing with Nordstrom To my family and friends. I will be purchasing more often from here.

Received a used/returned item as my "new" purchase
I purchased 2 pairs of UGG boots and this pair is clearly a used/returned item. The boots have, debris, glitter and smell strongly of perfume. The packaging is awful, torn and crumbled tissue paper in the bottom, a torn piece tapped to the fabric of the boot. Normally, packaging doesn't mean anything, however, this was a gift and I am too embarrassed to give it, as it looks used and not what I expected when making this purchase. Very disappointed.

I have several pairs of Uggs, many of which are 15-20 years old. They look new, and I'm sure this one will look new, too, in 20 years. They are comfy and fit as expected.n Nice quality. They are nice and roomy Ugg is the OG. I purchased size 6, though I usually get a 6 1/2 in other shoe types because my foot is a little wide but not exceptionally wide. The 6 fits perfectly because the boot is roomy.
