Twins Leather Messenger Bag

$1000 bag came worn, without an attached tag, and in a bag that looked like it had been pulled from someone’s sock drawer. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the product I received. I understand Nordstrom takes back items if a customer is not happy with it, but to turn around and resell it, is not good customer service. Then to add a note in the box that states, “If you need to exchange or return it, please make sure it’s in its original condition, with all the packaging and any tags still attached.” Wish they had sent it that way!
