Twin Print Long Sleeve Midi Shirtdress

Lovely sheer dress, with bright lively colors. It has a black underpinning or lining sewn in at the shoulders and along the waistline. I’m particular about having too much “fullness” as this can be unflattering. The dress is slenderizing; a true “shirt dress” cut. Initially I purchased a size 4. After trying it on and realizing the challenges of how the dress is made, I decided to try a size 6. There’s not much difference in the two sizes, however the size 6 has more room at the top. Dress is not for a larger bust lines. And it’s important to note that there’s challenges in wearing the dress. There’s only buttons top to waist, no zipper, and not much give at the waist if your trying to step in and pull the dress on. If fuller in the hips, one can slip the dress over the head, carefully making sure the underpinning lines up with the dress. So I’m likely keeping the 6 as I love the colors and once on, it’s a beautiful, flowing dressq. The 6 is easier to get on and off.

This dress is elegant and beautiful. Perfect for a brunch or baby shower. There is one issue that I noticed. I bought 2 sizes and I noticed it with both when I tried them on. Static. The fabric stuck to me. So I would need to get static control spray, something reliable that lasts few hours. So I’m not sure if I’d keep just for that issue.
