Tuscany Getaway Velvet Button-Up Shirt & Crop Wide Leg Pants Set

This is the same outfit as the extremely popular Tuscany getaway set but in velvet, not linen. It’s very flattering on but there are some details that disappoint. The velvet itself is acceptable quality but not up to F&E’s usual standard. The brand always defaults to white buttons yet this is meant to be a holiday outfit. Black buttons would have made the outfit dressier. The pants are pull on and the waistband is perfect when on, but it has very little stretch; wiggling it over the hips may take some doing if you are curvy. The elastic in the linen version didn’t have this problem. Going up a size makes the pants too big. At this price point I dislike the idea of spending more on them to correct a design fault.
