poor quality control
I could see it was broken because beads were loose in the cellophane wrap and I didn't open it. Returned and reordered. 2nd necklace is strung so tight that when it's curved around the neck the beads "buckle" and don't align - looks awful. I'm sad because otherwise the necklace is pretty. I'm going to return and not going to try for a 3rd time

I didn't realize the "gold" chain was made up of individual beads strung together. It lies funny and looks cheap, sending back.
