Voyageur Just in Case Packable Nylon Travel Backpack

1 star due to the clearly used gross condition. I can’t imagine that the Tumi brand would want to be represented in this manner. I have purchased this bag in both grey and black and love it. I decided to get the navy one as well but when it arrived I was shocked. The bag was clearly used with stains on the exterior and interior. No tags and smelling used. I often shop at Nordstrom and I’ve never received anything in this condition. I expect new condition items. Customer service was not sympathetic nor did they offer to help. I’ll be returning of course but I would have expected a prompt return and a replacement sent immediately. Disappointed in Nordstrom.

I purchased this backpack last season in red and I took it to Europe. Pakced it in my luggage and found that I used it every day. Very comfortable and very light, but at the same time it is definitely strong and sleek. It holds a good amount of things and it's really very cute in person.
