Pretty close to perfect
I absolutely love this backpack. I bought this backpack for myself for Christmas, so I've had it just about a month. Another reviewer mentioned that the middle pouch can sometimes flop open if you have something in the front hidden pocket, which does happen, so you just have to be aware and keep the zippers up far enough to prevent that. I love all of the different pockets. It's a bit weird to me that the two side pockets don't have the same number of zippers. The key pocket has one zipper and the waterproof pocket has two. Also, the zipper pulls at the large middle compartment are different than the pulls on the very back compartment; maybe this is so the back compartment kind of disappears? The straps are a bit squeaky, but they are SO so comfy. I love that I can tuck them into the luggage strap when I'm not using them; it keeps everything so clean and polished looking. The backpack material is a bit more flimsy than I would have liked, especially for the price. The back portion is very strudy, but whole front panel of the middle pocket is pretty thin and slouches just a bit. Overall, I'd highly recommend. This pack is very well designed, it can hold everythinggggg, and it still looks chic. What more can you want!

Most storage capacity
I originally bought the Carson backpack but never used it because it was too small. This backpack is everything it wasn’t. It is more sturdy with padded straps that tighten more, structured laptop sleeve, bigger side pockets and enough room for all my stuff. It has beautiful gold hardware and will be great for work trips. All the women’s backpacks assumed we want something dainty while this backpack hits on all marks but has the carrying capacity working women need.

Love the bag; hate the zippers
Zippers are poor quality. They get stuck when opening and closing. I expect a whole lot more from Tumi especially for the steep price tag of $475. Otherwise it’s a great, spacious bag.

This backpack is big
This backpack is bigger than I expected. It can fit a laptop easily, and several binders, plus other stuff. I am pleased with it. It's bigger than I expected but I think that is a good thing. I think it will be great for work and also trips. I wanted a backpack to help ease my back aches from years of a bag hanging off my shoulder. I think it will be just what I need.
