Perfection!
What an awesome N Sale score. This bag is truly perfect! I bought it in both colors and ended up keeping the khaki color. It is compact but still roomy enough to fit my needs. I'm planning to use this as a teacher bag come September. In the meantime, it'll be my carry on for two upcoming trips!

very long straps
I like the bag a lot although it is not functional for me due to the long straps. Straps way too long despite maximum adjustment. I am 5’4’’ for reference.

Not functional
I love Tumi and was hoping to replace my black Voyageur Hilden Tumi with something lighter in color for the summer. This bag is much larger, which I knew by the dimensions, but I don’t like the zipper compartments. Both zipper pockets do not open fully to reach the inside compartments. I did purchase the matching Marietta Tote Bag and I love it. I will keep the tote bag to travel, but will continue my search for a new backpack.

Don't hesitate one minute to buy
We just arrived home from Disneyland. This backpack did everything I needed with effortless comfort and usability. Grab it while it's on sale. The security clasp really gave me peace of mind. I sure don't understand any negative post. This bag and the Calpak carry-on saved our vacation with the ease of organization. and the trolley straps.

Smaller than I had hoped for.
It’s definitely a cute backpack but I do wish it was a bit larger. Lots of pockets, which is great. If you have two large textbooks, that is about all you can fit in the main space of this bag.
