Such a good quality suitcase--never going back!

I love this suitcase. It's so much nicer than the Samsonite ones I used to have. Carries a lot, looks good, good quality, wheels perfectly and I can connect it to my other tumi suitcases so when I travel alone I can wheel multiple at once.

Terrible

I purchased this bag at the end of June this year and it is already destroyed. I am extremely disappointed with this bag. Additionally it is also extremely heavy. It has a tun of space that really can’t be utilized because of how heavy the bag is itself. I have purchased many Tumi products and this one is my least favorite.

Sturdy travel companion.

I travel 45 out of 52 weeks for my job, most of which involves air travel. After going through ten suitcases over two years, I decided to sink the money into a Tumi after hearing rave reviews from my friends. This bag was worth every penny. Hands down the sturdiest luggage I’ve ever owned. The canvas is said to be military grade, and it feels it. It’s solid in construction, well-structured with a lot of compartments. It can easily fit two weeks worth of clothing in it if you pack smartly or, if you’re traveling for business like me, a week’s worth and plenty of space on the other half for work supplies that can’t make it through security. The only drawback for the hardiness of the product is the weight. Fully packed, this bag can easily cross the 50lb threshold very easily if you aren’t careful. The wheels are well made, and it moves very fluidly when rolling, but it can also be a bear to lug up and down stairs. Those with physical impairments like back or shoulder issues may want to test it in person first to see if they can handle it.

The only luggage that last forever

I only use Tumi. They hold up for 200 flights then I send them back and Tumi rebuilds them so I get another 200 flights. I made my partner switch to Tumi too and together we have 8 pieces.
