Terrible customer service
The item I ordered is satisfactory, but terrible customer service from Nordstroms when I needed help finding the package that was delivered to the wrong address. Nordstroms refused to help track the package or give me a refund. Luckily a neighbor re-delivered it to me a week later. I will never shop at Nordstroms again.

I purchased the Academy brief as a match to other Alpha Bravo items I had. The style and quality are as I expected, but the size of it as a briefcase is quite smaller/tighter than I had thought it would be.
