Velocity Washable Sneaker

We got these shoes for our five year old son who can't quite tie shoes yet. The velcro strap and elastic laces make that easier. The best part is the tongue is attached on one side of the shoe so it doesn't get jammed down in the shoes when he's putting them one. They seem really comfortable and he likes them a lot.

At first I balked at the high price, as I have 3 active boys that demolish their shoes every 3 months. However, these shoes are worth cost and have outlasted all their other shoes (Adidas/nike/etc). They have better grip and are more comfortable. Will be buying another set once the boys grow out of them or wear them out.

My three year old chose these because he loves orange, but I am so glad that he did! They fit him really well, and he can walk far distances very happily. He had been complaining of getting tired quickly in his Plae sneakers (which until recently we also liked). These seem nicely cushioned, and I love how the tongue of the shoe is attached on one side, because it makes it much easier for a preschooler to put on himself. I initially ordered the same size as his Plae sneakers because other reviews said they ran large. When they arrived, they unfortunately were much too small; I reordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. They are quite expensive, so I'm hoping he can get some use out of them before he outgrows them!

Bought this for my 10yrs old. Asked if he wants to keep or return(online order). He said “keep” that means it’s comfortable. He wore them to a trip walk around NY. So far it’s not a complaint. It’s still new so we haven’t wash it yet. Hopefully it’s good to what it supposed to do, washable. We just in Japanese product. Not easy to find washable sneakers fir kids. We needed those.

I let my son pick from a selection of shoes and he chose these ones, mainly for the colour. I tried to find shoes that seem durable (enough) but are lightweight. We used to buy Nike Free but they just do not last for my active child. This is our second pair of Tsukioshis and they do seem to hold up decently so far. The description also says lightweight and I believe they feel light. I would really take a look at the size chart as these shoes run large based on what size we would order for other brands.
