Trunkaroo Leather Backpack

I really really wanted this to work but sadly despite how adorable it is, the one big flaw that I cannot get over is how it sits on my back. I adjusted the straps to multiple lengths and it always pulls away from back as if it’s “leaning” away from my body. And it’s not just a slight lean but a fairly noticeable one. I’d have to constantly pull on the two shoulder straps from the front for it to lay against my back properly. It’s a cute and well constructed bag, not sure if the hardware mechanism will malfunction over time because of the way it “locks” so that may be another concern. I am sadly returning this.
