Truly Unicorn Fruit Aluminum-Free Deodorant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time user of the Unicorn Fruit deodorant. It’s my go to aluminum free deodorant that smells good and doesn’t irritate my armpits (light pink bottle). Ever since the bottle changed to the darker pink it does not work the same!!! This deodorant no longer keeps me fresh all day and I have to constantly reapply. I’m so disappointed and will no longer keep my subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They changed the formula and the new one is very subpar. It no longer has the magnesium hydroxide which was the odor neutralizer, and now it appears to be mostly using fragrance to cover body odor instead. The old one was made in the USA, and the new one is made in china (prc). It looks like they switched out a lot of the amazing natural ingredients for cheaper synthetic ones. They got rid of the coconut oil, magnesium hydroxide, castor oil, rice bran wax, and fruit extracts (papaya, orange, lemon, blueberry, sugar cane) and replaced them with synthetic wax and microcrystalline wax. This was my favorite deodorant and I was willing to pay the high price tag for the amazing ingredients, but now that the formula has changed I won’t be buying it again.
