True Body Boost Triangle Lace Convertible Strap Bra

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I needed a black set and had my eye on a True and Co bralette. I picked the large but the sales gal looked at me ( (I am tall and a size 12-14, 36/38 band and recommended the medium. I also like matching sets and prefer full briefs (I know, I’m old fashion). She found a cute kinda sexy pair for me. I liked them. Well, I simply was not going to wait to get home to try the fit. So, I found a changing room, disrobed m, and tried on the bra. It fit perfect. I am not much more than an A cup so fitting me takes research (on my part) and work with fitters. . Unfortunately, the panties were too small. I usually wear a size 8 and the sales gal gave me a medium. But it was way, way too tight. And I had removed the tags but still kept them. Price is secondary to comfort, fit and style to me so I went back out expecting to have to buy the same style (I loved it!) in a larger size. To my surprise, she ask me questions about the fit and then told me I’d likely need the “extra large.” I scratched my head a bit because I’ve never worn an extra large in any lingerie set But when I tried them on, she was right. Further, since I kept the tags, she let me make a clean exchange. I was fitted at a Nordstrom (Galleria) about 20 years ago but stopped going there for price reasons. That is not an issue with me anymore and I am about to become a loyal Nordstrom customer in more ways than one. . I am tall but I see they even have ladies jeans with a 34 inseam. And I love their scoop neck tees. Next trip! I also love perfumes and jewelry, not to mention other things as well. Thank you for being so professional and making me feel comfortable and accepted for my wants and needs, especially given my face and figure.I wish I remember the sales gals name but I do not. But I bet we will meet again, at least I hope so. She deserves a warm hug. Thank you again, Nordstroms!

The idea of this bra is great but in reality for me turns out uncomfortable and unsettling. First the pads moves to the sides and kind of up, then looks weird under your shirts and lastly my breast comes out of the bra so just imagine having to check if your nipples are properly cover or you are giving an unknown spectacle ! Horrible, so it’s basically collecting dust and reminding me of playing better attention when buying expensive underwear! I might still go to Nordstrom Costumer service to see if it can be exchange for a better bra……
