This is my first pair in this brand, and I went back for two more colors. Navy and pink multi.
I love the engineering of this shoe, there is much arch support and padding in the sole. The pewter color has a nice shine that is not too silvery. The color is truly dyed in. It’s not foil covering that will flake off with wear.
My size 10 fits me perfect and does not slip off like some have reported. Did I say it is well made.

Very cute shoes but...
I got these in tan and they look really cute on. It's just that I need more support. The leather is very soft and with my fallen arches, I can't stand up in them for very long. Take into account that I'm 84, so my experience probably doesn't apply to most of you.

Beautiful shoe, but heel slips
I love the look and feel of this Trotters Universal Loafer. The navy leather is soft and the sole and arch support are comfortable and supportive. Unfortunately the shoe is too loose and slips up and down as I walk, making it very uncomfortable and awkward to walk in them. The elastic gusset across the top of the show isn't tight enough to keep the shoes on as I walk, so I am returning them and will try a different Trotter style.

These shoes slipped on my heels and on the toes where they stitched the piece of elastic rubbed my toes when I walked, making them very sore. I returned them.

Comfortable and rain resistant.
I wanted a comfortable casual slip-on shoe with good arch support. I have a couple pairs somewhat like this but the top is made out of fabric which causes problems if it rains (wet shoes, and stains that are hard to get out). So I wanted a leather or synthetic leather looking shoe and I needed a shoe that comes in Wide. This runs big, and I returned the 7W. The 6 1/2 wide is perfect. Very comfortable and the "bone" shade (sort of ivory) looks great.
