Stiff and Uncomfortable
Ordered online, this shoe is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. There’s no bend in the sole. I’ll be returning these.

Beautiful Shoe with Good Arch Support
Ordered this shoe in a 10.5 Narrow in the beige color. The shoe is absolutely beautiful—looks more elegant in person than on the website. It even comes with a small package of extra beads. (Just in case some fall off?) Plus, this shoe has excellent arch support. Unfortunately I have a very narrow heel. The shoe fit well other than the heel, which slipped off with each step. If I ordered it in slim I think the toe box would be too narrow. So, sadly I will return them. I highly recommend this shoe however, unless your heel is more narrow than usual.

Lovely but wrong fit
Beautiful shoe. The 8N (my usual size) was too tight in the toe box so I returned the shoes for an 8 1/2N. Toes fit perfectly, but the heel was too wide. I have never purchased Trotters before so not sure if this is typical or just this particular shoe. Had to return the second pair. Bummer.

Dressy and/or causal flat.
These are so comfortable from the moment I put them on. Exactly what I wanted in a flat. But the sparkly on the band made them a little too dressy for what I was looking for. Also I was reluctant to keep them because of the suede. Was afraid they would shoe 'wear & tear' quickly. I wanted a shoe to walk around Italy -- comfortable wise these would have been perfect. But the sparkly and suede made me return them. They are great shoes, just not what I was looking for. Fit was true to size.

A bit sparkle in a comfy pair of flats
Very comfortable shoe. I was able to wear these 12w shoes without breaking them. They are sized well. The sparkles on a black shoe are not too much for day time and will be good for evening wear.
