Missing cushioned insole!!!ðŸ˜
I received my order on 11/11/2024, without the cushion insole in shoes. ALL of my Trotters shoes come with a raised arch-support cushion. I even received two pair of Trotters from Macy's (same day as my Nordstrom order)...And both pair from Macy's had the Arch support cushion. I order ALOT from Nordstrom, but this year, I have been receiving some used or not complete items. The missing insole made the shoes way to big for my feet...And I order a 8M my exact size for ALL my shoes.
