very comfy
This is a great looking pump, business or fun, and is comfortable right out of the box. I bought my normal size but in a wide this time, and they're perfect. The inside is nicely cushioned. The bottoms are non-skid/slip. A really nice shoe!

Very uncomfortable, ugly
These shoes look pretty on line, but did not like them at all when I received them. Too narrow, very uncomfortable and not pretty at all. I returned them immediately.
Bought another shoe that is beautiful and comfortable.

Fabulous Pump
This is a great work shoe! I walk through airports daily and need shoes that are both stylish, professional and comfortable. I am very pleased with the shoe. The heel height is perfect too.

fabulous shoe!
For years I have bought really expensive shoes that weren't that comfortable. I bought this shoe in navy and loved it so much, I went back and got another pair in brown. The padded foot makes the shoe really comfortable without looking bulky.

Instant comfort
I ordered 'Doris' and 'Dora' to see which style and fit I would prefer. Both fit just fine. Doris is a little dressier and more suitable for my needs. Thanks to Nordstrom's free shipping feature, Dora can easily be returned.
