Difficult zippers, and too large at the top
The boots arrived with a defective zipper on the right boot (I could not unzip that boot, at all), so I was only able to try on the left boot, and it was much too large at the top, creating a very awkward fit. In addition, although I ordered a Wide width, the width did not feel the least bit generous; and if I were going to re-order them (which I am not!), I would probably try the double-wide (WW) width, instead. However, due to the defective zipper, and the large fit at the top, I had to return the boots and, therefore, cannot recommend them-- and my search continues for a decent winter boot! :-)

Run small
I loved the look of these boots but they were really tight and small for me. I have trouble with shoes and boots because I have a bunion and small feet. Disappointed these didn’t work out.
