perfection
Love Trish's lipstick and Perfection is a fantastic color for any season. It's a nice "flushed" lip color that is slightly darker than my natural lip tone providing just enough to brighten up my face. Like you've been out running or in cold weather. It looks good with no makeup or a full face of makeup and is build able. Adding the lip shine booster gives it a nice polished look as well. I'm reviewing using the mobile app and can't add a picture but I'll try later from my desktop bc it was hard for me to decide on the color! I would have loved a "real" picture to view and couldn't find any online. I don't live near a Nordstrom or Trish counter so picking "blindly" based on the photo above was like a trust fall. For reference I'm fair skinned, medium blonde with green eyes. I tend to lean towards pinks but don't always want pink. I feel that a lot of nudes or roses turn brown on me. I finally found what I was looking for with Perfection. For color reference and comparison: I have Pink Nude (Perfection is a shade or two deeper and certainly less pink. For lack of a better word it's a natural flushed color.) I also have perfect plum lip and cheek (the plum is deeper and gorgeous but not a natural color) and I have perfect pink (also gorgeous but more of a Barbie ish pink.) This is now my go-to lipstick for everyday.

Not worth the money
Why does this lipstick cost so much when it hardly stays on an hour.

love it
I heard about this lip stick on a TV program. It sounded like what I was looking for. So I searched it and read other reviews liked what I read and ordered it. I love the color. Not like others where they are either too heavy and you have to wipe most of it off or too light where you have to put on several layers. You could put on more for a deeper shade. Also has a lot of moisture in it. Gives just a hint of shine, not over done just a nice look. I am over 50 and like to where lipstick for a little color. Most lipsticks I've tried are drying and they weep above the lip line. This one does not. I will buy more of this product. I do have to reapply throughout the day, but I drink a lot of water and tend to leave it on my cup.

Perfect nude and perfect everyday color
I ordered Perfect Nude and Natural. The perfect nude is just that! It's a great peachy nude. It's not too orange and not too pink or beige. The Natural is a great everyday color. It adds the right amount of subtle color. The lipstick is lightweight and very smooth. I find it lasts an average amount of time. I do have some lines around my lips and this lipstick does not migrate on me. I don't detect any particular fragrance. It may be a little minty? All in all I find it comfortable and moisturizing.

Peach, not nude
I have been a long time fan of Trish McEvoy when I met her while I worked for Nordies in the early 90's. I have found her products in the last 10 years have been lacking, and their failure to create new lip colors is discouraging. This lipstick is a sickly opaque yellow "nude"- it would probably be okay for a reddish/blonde with fair skin but for me with fair olive complexion and naturally red lips it is not complimentary. The color I purchased was Nude Peach.

Not the same...
I bought this in vibrant coral because TM discontinued the Classic Lip Color in vibrant Coral. I figured it would be the same and possibly even better because this is called "sheer" instead of "classic" and I liked the sheer lightness of the classic lip color. However, the two vibrant corals are not the same. The vibrant coral of this color is more pink-red rather than orange-red of the classic. It's a pretty color but not what I wanted, so I returned it. I do like the minty-ness of the product, the non-stickyness and the sheer smooth color. Again, great product but not what I was looking for. Please bring back the Classic Lip Color in Vibrant Coral!!

Barely Peach
I've worn "Pure Demure" by Trish McEvoy , and I ordered the shade "Barely Peach" hoping for a soft, natural flesh-toned / nude lipstick....
The actual color was more of a much darker hue that I expected - nothing really "Barely" about it!
The application & finish is a matte formula - No shimmer, sparkle or glitter....
I would describe the finish as a "semi - creamy" formula - not like what I'm used to wearing, like with Pure Demure....
I wouldn't recommend this particular shade if you're looking for that perfect "Nude" simply because there are much better / creamier lipsticks out there, such as Dior, or Dolce and Gabbana....or Pure Demure (which has been discontinued....Bummer!)
