What it does: It creates the look of a liquid liner or seal color, locking in your eyeshadow for long-lasting wear.
How to use: For intensity and long wear of eyeshadows, place a small amount of Finish Line into the product and blend to a thick paste using an eye brush. Test the texture on the back of your hand to ensure it has a dense consistency.

Great eyeliner
This is the coolest thing- to use this to mix with eye shadow and make an eyeliner. It stays all day and all night--until you remove it. I use an outline wedge brush made by Jane Iredale to mix this liquid with eyeshadow, the tiniest amount is all you need, and draw a line on the base of the lashes like an eyeliner. You can then match your eyeliner color with your shadow color and it is the best! I love this! I have not used it to seal eye shadow. I may try that and see how it works. I have a piece of glass cut on top of my dressing table. I just drop a drop of this liquid on the glass, swipe my brush in the eyeshadow, then dip the brush into the little pool of liquid and draw the line. This little "puddle" wipes up when done with a tissue.

still smudges
I bought this product in hopes it would FINALLY be the answer to my search for something to stop my raccoon eyes. I have tried every "waterproof" eyeliner option out there (or so it feels like I have), and nothing stays in place. By the end of the day, my bottom eyeliner has smudged and given me raccoon eyes. This product is no different. *Sigh* I was really hoping it would work!

Magic in a jar
Finish Line is amazing! Instead of purchasing a ton of eye liners in all your favorite colors- use Finish Line and your current eye shadows. It still gives you the darker eye liner look and then a softer eye shadow look so there is still some contrast. Great product!!

Great product bad bottle design
Love the product but really annoyed on the bottle/ dropper design. As expensive as it is for the very small quantity you get , the dropper should go to the bottom of the bottle . So much product (considering the price vs quantity) that you can't get to because the dropper is short!
Bad design and looking for an alternative!
But nordstrom is the best when it comes to customer service and mail order ease .

Great product
I used to use water on the end of my brush and when I was introduced this product I couldn't believe the difference! It goes on so much smoother and stays on!

I was introduced to this product two years ago when I got married and the makeup artist who did my makeup for my wedding told me how wonderful this product is. It lasted all through my wedding and I even slept in it that night and it was still on the next day. I cried at my wedding and with waterproof mascara, it stayed on and gave my eyes such a glamorous look. I wear it daily now with different colors of the eye powder compact, to give my eyes either a daily business look or a night time dramatic look. I give this product 5 stars.

Long Lasting Eye liner.
Love this liquid liner. It last a very long time. I use a black pencil and just line this over with. Gives me all day wear. I use the black palette.
