What it is: A professional-strength, multi-acid weekly, no-rinse, at-home peel formulated with advanced brightening acids and conditioners.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: It's clinically proven to dramatically improve skin's look and feel over time. Each pad is formulated with a blend of glycolic, lactic, mandelic, phytic, salicylic and azelaic acids to dramatically correct uneven skin tone, reduce redness, brighten, reduce signs of aging, treat and control breakouts, as well as soften and condition the skin. The self-neutralizing, no-rinse peel can be used on your face, neck, décolletage and hands.
How to use: Wash your face with your cleanser of choice and pat dry. Gently swipe the pad over your face, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Use weekly and at nighttime for best results. On the day of your peel, do not use any other exfoliating methods.

It works!
Since I have very sensitive skin and rosacea, I was hesitant about using this product. But approaching my mid-40's, it was clear that my skin needed more than just serums and moisturizers. You are supposed to wipe it on and wait 15-30min before applying the rest of your nighttime facial routine. During that half hour, my face might have minor redness, but it never lasts any longer than that. And when you wake up the next morning, your skin is noticeably smoother, plumper, and younger looking.
Many people have noticed my skin since I began using this weekly peel.
I do use the beta hydroxy pads a couple of times a week, and the combination of the 2 products is as effective as expensive professional treatments. And best of all you can cut the pad in half and make the whole box last twice as long!

broke out in severe rash
I received a sample of this and wanted to like it. Woke up the next day with a rash and multiple bumps to my forehead, cheeks, and neck area. I normally don't have sensitive skin, so I was very shocked with this response. Just be aware!

Best skincare purchase I've made
I have to admit that the cost for this product made it prohibitive to me at first. But I received a sample with my last Trish purchase, and I have to say that I absolutely love it. I have very sensitive, fair skin with rosacea. When I first used this, it did make my skin red and warm, but I figured with an acid peel, this is to be expected and that I'd see what my skin looked like in the morning. WOW! When I woke up, I saw that my skin was smooth, soft and that my rosacea was much, much less noticeable. Even my pores were smaller. I then purchased this product, and the second time I used it, I had no redness or warmth at all. I find myself wearing much less foundation. I will continue to use this product as long as Trish continues to make it! I highly recommend this product---with an SPF of at least 30.

Best exfoliator
I had been using Trish's beta hydroxy pads and loved them but I was at first hesitant to use this weekly peel as I do have sensitive skin. I received a few sample pads in a beauty skin care set I purchased. The first time I used it I did experience some slight irritation but I continued to use them and haven't experienced any such issues after that. I'm now at 6-7 weeks of using this weekly peel and the results are fantastic. The next morning my skin feel so soft. Also, this has evened out my skin tone and lightened some age spots. A great product but I would expect nothing less from Trish!
I continue to use the beta hydroxy pads a few times a week also with great results and no issues. You do need to remember to use an SPF every day when using these products. I use Trish's beauty balm which has an SPF of 35.

Incentivized review
Worth the money
I have been using the skin care line for 3 weeks now and LOVE IT! The weekly peel is very mild and seems to just bring life to my skin. I am 52 with normal to dry skin. I am very active and not much of a "make up" person. This has made my skin look amazing, so a little blush, mascara, lip gloss, brow liner and I am good to go!!

Nothing happened.
I received a sample of two pads. I did not notice any difference after two applications, one week apart. Also, there was no irritation of my sensitive skin; good but surprising. The price of this product is high for something that doesn't seem to do much.

Effective & Non Irritating
After having tried the Dr. Dennis Gross daily peel pads and experiencing some irritation, I decided to give these a try. My skin is generally very clear, slightly oily, but has a little hyperpigmentation which is the main reason I swear by peels. I have used these for over a month now and have had no issues with redness or irritation. They leave my skin feeling glowy and my melasma has improved since using these. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a reliable, effective, at home peel.
