The cushion is made from soft, child-friendly materials to ensure comfort, and as with most fabrics used by little ones, occasional cleaning may be necessary if food or liquids are spilled. Just to clarify, the tray is not advertised as stainproof. We use the safest materials possible for babies, which means we do not apply any harmful or toxic substances. As a result, there are no chemical coatings to make the tray stain-resistant, as avoiding such treatments is in the best interest of your child’s health and safety.
