I received this brand new shirt balled up like a piece of trash. What happened to Nordstrom’s excellence in shopping presentation? My wife and I couldn’t believe it. No quality control or care for the customer experience. The shirt fit perfectly but how I received it completely turned me off. When did Nordstrom become TJ Maxx?
