Tribute Nu Pieds Slide Sandal (Women)

I bought these online and had them delivered to a local store so I could easily try them on and return onsite if necessary. (It's always a challenge buying shoes online!) First impression: The color is gorgeous and would go with anything. They were also quite comfortable although I could tell they would need to be broken in a bit beneath the interlocked straps. I'm usually a size 7.5-8 and got these in an 8.5 based on all the reviews and advice to size up. They fit well across the toe area (I have narrow-ish feet) but they also looked a little long because I had sized up -- there was some extra length at my heel. Anyhow, I decided not to keep them because, as the salesperson pointed out, the suede material gets dirty fast and the toe bed will definitely show signs of dirt and wear right away. Even just trying them on left indentations! Sadly, my first YSL Tribute experience lasted all of a few minutes. Maybe the non-suede versions are better? We'll see ....
