Burnout Boyfriend Tee

Where do I start? So I really like the black/grey stripe, which is why I purchased this. If it weren't for this, I would send it right back. EVERYBODY says size down. I did. And I'm even usually in between sizes. However, now instead of being an oversized tee like in the picture, it's just a larger regular tee with an awkward fit. Neck is huge and will be misshapen without hand washing, fabric is close to tissue. I expect this to last one season even with extreme care. I refuse to remove the tags yet because I have to decide whether or not I will keep. I'm convinced that women have been sold on cheaply produced clothing for so long, they have learned to accept poor quality for the sake of a quick fix. I'm afraid this is exactly what I'll be doing if I keep this. Three stars only for the pattern. I wouldn't buy solids at all. There are far better products out there.

Great price - thought it would be more flimsy for this price but really nice quality. Definitely order at least one size down even for a looser fit. Great pastel colors - not see through either. LOVE!

I recommend sizing down unless you want to be swimming in the top. I understand boyfriend means a relaxed fit, but it was really big all around. I'm normally between a L and XL. I ordered the XL and need to return it. However the top is cute and comfy (has a vintage, washed feel), so I decided to order two in size large. The brown large was still huge on me, but the same tee in gray in large fit perfectly. So, the sizing seems to be inconsistent between the colors of the tee, which is frustrating for an online shopper. I like the tee enough that it is worth the hassle. I also like that it feels worn in, but isn't sheer.

For reference, I am 5'3", 145lbs, 34C. I wear a size Medium shirt in almost everything, and the small was still way too baggy for me. I ordered the XS and it was perfect. I found the material to be a lot thinner than I was expecting (the white is see-through), while the olive color was a bit more opaque. It's a baggier fit, so unlike another review, I would suggest sizing down (perhaps for us shorter ladies?) so it doesn't overwhelm your frame. The XS is still roomy on me (hides any "tummy troubles" well) and drapes nicely. I do not dry this (hang dry only) so not sure if it shrinks or not. For the price point, it's a decent staple in my wardrobe.

I ordered a medium and the shirt was way too big. I felt like I was wearing an old, stretched out tee shirt. I am 5'6 and 175 - usually wear medium, but had to return this.

I LOVE this t shirt. I'm not a t shirt girl because I don't like them to cling to my mid section. For reference I'm 5'3" and 150LBS. Summer is fast approaching and I saw my favorite YouTuber had bought this shirt post pardum and I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm bigger busted 34 G so I went with the Medium for my first one. It arrived beautifully, it's soft! Light weight and breathable. It hung down a little longer then I would have liked, past the butt just a smidge. So I tied in the front for a cute look and it gave me shape without being tight or form fitting. I ordered smalls in the white and grey and still roomy and perfect, just a little shorter like I like. The label does say hand wash... I did not do this but I did hang dry. The result was it stretch my shirt out at the bottom by an inch or two. Doesn't bother me because I do tie this shirt in the front, but I can see how this could bother others. I recommend hand washing to keep the integrity of the shirt. Overall it's the perfect t shirt.
