At first, I was a bit disappointed that this bag was smaller than I expected. For comparison's sake, I was looking for a bag that would fit my iPad Pro along with my lunch and other miscellaneous items -- this backpack won't do this. However, what made me become a fan are the little compartments throughout the bag that make it easy to access the items I often need while transiting: there's a hidden pocket in bag behind the flap, there's a zippered pocket at the rear on the bag on the left side, and there are 3 pockets on the inside (2 that can easily fit phones and a zippered side for other items). I really wanted to get this in black but white was the only one available. I was a bit nervous about keeping this clean but, so far, no issues of this attracting the colors of my clothing or with cleaning it off whenever I accidentally leave a lipstick stain on it. Oh, I forgot to mention that is converts easily to a cross body bag if/when you get tired of using it as a backpack. I love this bag so much that I just purchased it in the olive green color. Highly recommend.
