Poor Quality and Customer Service
I was so excited to receive this and the joggers, and loved the color. Fit was spot on as well. However, when I washed the sweatshirt (following directions precisely), it came out splotchy and has a tie dye look. I ordered another one, to wear with the joggers. When I washed the joggers,the same thing happened. I never washed the second sweatshirt, as I knew it was a quality issue. I am appalled at the quality of a garment that is from this brand! To add insult to injury, upon attempting to return this (at Nordstrom Rack, which I’ve done in the past with no issue), I was told they do not allow returns on worn and/or washed merchandise! I’ve been a customer for decades and was shocked at their response. I will no longer be such a dedicated customer of Nordstroms, if they no longer stand behind their merchandise. There are many other choices! Extremely disappointed!

I was excited about this sweatshirt - very soft, pretty material. BUT after a couple washes it’s pilling and looks cheap - which it’s not! Would not recommend
