save your time and money !!
the framed print arrived quickly. The quality of the print is very low quality it's all pixilated. blurry and faded. unfortunately not the quality I would have expected from Nordstrom . I have called 4 times to speak to a supervisor to return this item, however the status still says pending shipping from the vendor even though I received it last week. clearly a communication issue. Due to this I have called 4 times talking to numerous supervisors on how to get fed ex to pick this up. supposably they are coming to get it and hopefully I get my money back in a short timeframe . completely disappointing process, between the poor quality print and the customer service.
