Frayed Shorts

I bought these shorts as a gift for a granddaughter who's headed off to Florida for vacation. Turns out that the Tractr brand runs small--and this size 16 is smaller than the size 14 they were intended to replace. But that's not the worst of it--these shorts have a 2 INCH INSEAM, hardly the modest shorts an active 11 year old needs. Kids--even big kids--need clothes they can play in without having to constantly be tugging them down to cover their bottoms. I am no prude, but these shorts are too, too sexy for a child. If adults are wearing them because they're child-sized themselves, fine--put these hot pants in the Women's department, NOT the Kids department.
