Toy Antigona Leather Satchel

Bag was purchased on line, sent to Norstrom's Rack in Totem Lake. Received the email that it was ready for pick up. Went to pick it up, it was not there. Received a second email it was there while out of town. Came back to the N Rack a second time, only to find out a paid for item was returned after 5 days (standard policy). The person helping me said let see if we can find a store that has it. So, I could go get it. This is an 1,800.00 designer bag. She then said wait (at the Rack) we have this hear in stock? She returned with the bag and proceeded to the register. She wanted to charge me full price at the Rack. She then explained I would have a credit on my card and I should check for that credit after I pay for it a second time. Now, I am not in the Rack for well over a hour, at this point. It was without a question the worse customer service experience ever. The intent was there, but the delivery of the product, was very, very poor. PS: I had not credit on my card. Call the rack store manager who called back and left a message. Assuring me she would resolve the issue. But she on off tomorrow. So, call on Wed of next week. Wow, that's about all I can says. Two trips to the Rack to pick up my Christmas gift for my wife (paid for). The second trip over an hour at the store and the manager who could help me with the credit off the following three days. bad bad bad.
