unfortunately i had to return them
I received them used and they just been throw in the box. When you pay $600 you expect better service ! Same on the person who send me ! I bought 3 different pairs of Balenciaga and all 3 been dirty and I had to return them:(

Pretty sandal and fits well but they sent me the dirty versionđŸ˜©, obviously it was worn & returned but it’s so upsetting to know they would send this bs out to another paying customer. Beware. The one star is for their customer service, as I stated before it actually is a cute sandal.
