Disappointed with this pan
I was excited to get a non-stick stir fry pan fro lecreuset but was deeply disappointed that the non-stick was getting scratched. Worse is the non-stick coating is coming off posing a risk to health. Prior to lecreuset the only non-stick pans I used were by caphalon. They were durable and the coating never peeled.

Coating doesn’t stay on these
I bought 4 of these pans over the last 5 years. The coating on the inside breaks down and dries out. Then food really sticks to them and they are hard to wash. I stopped at the store to see if they could give me some advice but they told me nothing. They said don’t wash them in the dishwasher. However, regular soap eventually dries them out too. Apparently there is no warranty that they stay usable.

I love this pan!
I make vegetable dishes in it and mix in pasta or rice. The food doesn't splatter all over the stove as it did with my prior pan. Cooks perfectly

Best money I ever spent on a Stir Fry Pan!
This pot is simply exceptional. The non stock works like magic and the ability to cook on low heat and get tremendous cooking results is a game changer. As long as you follow the cleaning and cooking instructions this pot will work like magic. You get what you pay for and every dollar spent was well spent.

I like this product, because I know it will do what I expect it to do. I often cook in front of our guests, it's reassuring to know it all will come out exactly what I intend it to be! Consistent ; perfect; and easy to clean

I Love This Pan!
I love this stir-fry pan! I've had this for about a month now, & it's still as good as new. It still heats evenly, & it's still a non-stick pan. The only con might be that it's a bit too heavy to toss food around, but that's what you get for using the best.
