Love this classic!
The Toteme T Lock style of bag has become my everyday staple bag. I have 3! They are completely worth the money. You won’t regret buying a large and small T lock. Super versatile and worth the money. Definitely more so than your typical designer brands everyone gravitates towards. These are so underrated.

I visited a store and placed an order with the assistance of a salesperson. Upon receiving the bag, it appeared as though it had been previously returned by someone. The most disappointing aspect was that when the bag was returned, Nordstrom's staff did not bother to remove the belongings and simply sent it to me with the items inside...

Love this classic!

Used Handbag
I already own one Toteme handbag, and I love it. So I was very excited to order another. But when I received the bag, it was quite obvious a returned used handbag as the handle was broken, and there was a stain on the inside of the bag. The bag did not have a dust bag, nor was it packaged as a new unused bag should be. I was very disappointed.

Tight drop
The bag was super cute, great color, good quality. But the shoulder length/drop was so short, it didn’t make sense. It lodges right up to your armpit if it fits your shoulder at all. The only way I could carry it is over my wrist and I was wanting a shoulder bag so it had to go back. Should not be represented as a shoulder bag in my opinion.

Wrong bag sent
I asked for Ash And you sent me dark beige. This has happened so many times in bag department online from Nordstrom. Usually wrong size and price. Frustrating Now I need to go get it exchanged and wait another week.

color way off
I was excited to get this bag which looks like a light cream color as displayed but disappointed when I received a very different sad dark taupe The purse itself is well made of a lovely leather but the color is a turnoff
