Beautiful but RUNS SUPER SMALL

The skirt is gorgeous. Nice quality, great weight and details. It’s TINY. The size guide is wrong. I’m usually a 4 or 6, so I ordered a small and I couldn’t zip it all the way. I just ordered a medium so we’ll see. Size UP not down.
