Poor Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this watch as a gift for my mother, but we didn't realize until after she had opened it, that the watch band is not adjustable and honestly quite difficult to put on. To put the metal band on, you have to hook the band onto the outer loops of the watch face, which is difficult to do with one hand. The watch face almost fell off a couple of times because of this and we had to return it. Honestly a disappointing design choice for such a great brand.
