Nice purse, poorly packaged
I gave it three stars not because of the product, it is because of the service.
I always shop at Nordstrom since I trust its quality and service and everything else. This time. However, I was disappointed. I purchased this cute little purse, and it came with a super large plastic bag that was randomly picked up from the facility. My heart sank after receiving this package, when I opened the purse, the price tag was not attached to the purse at all, was it a return?? Very disappointed, and I cannot believe this is happening in Nordstrom, this clearly didn’t deserve the price I paid for the purse. I wanted to return, but it was out of stock now, and I just love this so much. I will think again next time when I place order from your store, vey unhappy.

Love but too small for me
