Lovely Bag...Excellent Craftmanship
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cute bag. I got the tory navy. Although, I love the goldfinch, I was worried about the bag getting dirty or stained. The bag is exactly as pictured. The back zip pocket that can be seen in the photos is quite large and goes all the way down to the bottom of the bag. I bought the matching slim-fold wallet and it fits nicely in the zippered pocked. The crossbody strap is a nice length and the bag does not hang awkwardly when you wear it as a cross body. I love the contrasting brass hardware against the navy. I also purchased the small cosmetic pouch as well. This bag is quite spacious for the shape. I almost got the larger tote which is a bit more than this bag, but I already have so many totes that are similar in shape, so I opted for this bag and I'm glad I did. If you're on the fence about this bag, get it, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed customer
Very disappointed, the crossbody strap was not shipped with the purse. Called and was not able to get any answers! Sadly , I will be returning my purse! Hopefully someone who reads this will reach out.

I'm in love!!
