No issues with the product, same with packaging. My complaint is 8 bought this as a second bag. The first one I own got black stains on it from a dress, be forewarned, stains easily.

zero stars for Nordstrom
This is a beautiful bag. It arrived loose in a large box, no protective bags or tissue paper. Handbag is damaged and shows evidence of having been used and subsequently damaged. A total waste of resources to send this to me and for the need to return it.
The merchandise tags have clearly been removed as they are creased and torn, attached by hand to the strap.
I ordered another one. Let’s see if Nordstrom can do better the second time around.

Vibrant Color!
I love this little bag with its bright orange coloring. It is so fun and a great summer bag. It’s a little small but all of my essentials fit, just not room for much else. It has a small interior pocket and also a small zipper interior closure. Both would have been more functional if they had been about an inch longer. The chain has leather inside the links and it has a large strong magnetic closure. Love it!
