Issue with service, not bag
I went to pick up the bag that I had ordered online. When the man went to open the Online Pickup box, it was entirely empty. He simply refunded me without offering any other options, like to repurchase or have immediate store credit.
I’d suggest picking up in person, in case such a thing happens to you, too. If I had ordered it to be sent as a gift, my recipient would have opened an empty box.
