Mini Fleming Suede Fringe Hobo Bag

It’s such a shame that this is the 5th purse that I’ll be returning as Nordstrom has sent me yet ANOTHER USED purse with ZERO wrapping. It was placed in a flimsy plastic bag, they didn’t even bother to stuff the inside to keep the shape. The bottom corner is worn, another sign that it’s been used. The second layer of fridge on the back side are all bent. I expected wrinkled fringe due to packaging but this was really bad. The purse was just laying in the box looking so sad. Definitely not the feeling Nordstrom should evoke after a Customer spends hundreds of dollars on a product (or any amount). I bought several Tory Burch purses during the sale and only one has come new and protectively wrapped. The rest of the purses were used or used AND damaged w/o wrapping. (2 came w/o tags, 2 w/o dust bags, and 1 came with the security/alarm tag still on). I didn’t even bother calling customer service this time because although they’re great and apologetic, all they can do is send a return label. Nothing gets done. This is my 4th bad review, and management still has not followed up with me. It’s such a shame because this is a pretty purse but what I received is not up to Tory Burch standards. I wish I knew of a way to reach out to the Tory Burch company (besides social media), because these are horrible representations of their product. Nordstrom needs to review their return policy, specifically for allowing the return of “gently worn/used” items and reselling them as “new”. 1 star is strictly for the fast shipping.
