Great Customer Service, But Packaging Disappointed
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the way it came packaged — it looked as if it had been bought at a dollar store, with no box and no dust bag to store it. The great advantage of shopping at NORDSTROM is their EXCELLENT customer service. When I called to return it, they offered me an additional discount, which I appreciated since I had no reference for how TORY BURCH bags are normally packaged. So I decided to keep it — it’s beautiful, and it was already sold out. In the end, it was worth it.
