great bag but straps don’t hold up
Loved the bag, but the plastic on seam of the strap is peeling off. Just returned to store - I was planning on swapping it out for a new one but the sales person told me that this happens often. Now I’m hesitant about getting another one even though I love the bag. It’s not worth the money if it can’t hold up. And this is not a bag that I used all the time

Perfect bag for work
I'm glad I found this bag for work. I love the snap closures on the side to keep it looking sleek and slim but can expand if need be. You can dress it up or down and because it has patent leather detailing, it has more style than just a plain black tote. The only thing I would change is to have two separate smaller compartments side by side to fit my cell phone in one and business cards and pens in the other. Otherwise it really is perfect!
