Gorgeous boots!
I love these boots! I bought two pairs… this blue one and in brown. Although the picture does not show the nautical blue color on the base of the boot, the description does note it. I purchased the blue one despite the bad review regarding the color. I think not liking the color does not merit a bad review (Just return it). I do like the combination of blues in these boots.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boot pictured online is NOT the boot being shipped out. The leather trim is not navy and neither are the shoestrings. The leather trim is a peculiar purplish-blue and the shoestrings do not match the tongue, vamp and toe cap like in the picture. They are closer to the color of the sides of the boots, but still not an exact match to that color either. I'm so frustrated that I don't even want to go through the trouble of trying them on. I should've just ordered the brown and green like I originally planned but now I don't want to order those either.

Not a true navy blue
The picture on the website is misleading. As you can see by my pic, the leather around the shoe is not navy blue, but more of a blue/purple. There are three shades of blue on this bootie. I was very disappointed because I was hoping for the bootie as pictured on the website. Also, you will have to size up about 1/2, as the boot runs small. I usually wear a 9 but ordered 9.5. I purchased the burgundy bootie last Fall and the color was consistent. Not sure if I want to keep them. My husband likes them. He says it's different.
