Nordstrom was wonderful, last minute gift for my daughter. They filled the order and emailed me immediately. She really wanted the bag, never thought she would get it in time. But nordstrom never fails, they always get it to you.

So disappointed!
I ordered this bag from the store by phone. So disappointed to see the bag! It came without the tag on it and obviously, a used one!

I love love this Tory Burch bag. The size is not to small or to big. I am petite so the bag does not overwhelm me. The color black that I purchased it the exact color the of the picture online.

This product has a good design and soft leather. however, this bad can't hold a laptop as it is in the description.

Nice
The bag is nice. Fits my laptop well & everything I need. Just doesn’t look lux. No pop. It works as an everyday work bag. Love! Love! Love! The crossbody strap. Extremely comfortable on my shoulder.

Great bag
This is a great bag beautiful leather holds a lot only real negatives are it’s a little heavy and the handles are too short to use on shoulder when arm gives out after shopping etc— although you can use the shoulder strap it’s jusr not comfortable. Overall I love it and would highly recommend
