Used bag!!!
I love shopping at Nordstrom, but I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase. I paid $200 for a bag, only to receive a used one with pen marks all over it. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I hope it doesn't happen again. I was so excited to receive my new bag, but this experience has been very disappointing.

Brie color pretty but wearing already!
ugh so disappointed....LOVE this little bag. Perfect size and very pretty with the chain. Used it this weekend and the front of the bag is already showing wear marks with is really odd. If only after a few days of use it's wearing, how will it look after the whole Summer? It's like the dye is coming off...I'm taking it back tomorrow and I'm really bummed it it's better. I've been looking for a light color Summer small cross-body and thought this was it :-(

The perfect small crossbody!
This is just what I have been looking for! Great quality, neutral color and the length is adjustable. I like the gold chain but also that the top part on your shoulder isn’t chain so it’s comfortable to wear. Its definitely on the smaller side but if you don’t need to hold much, it’s the perfect crossbody.

Lovely bag, but no packaging
Purchased as a gift for my daughter. Three years ago I purchased another TB and the bag was included inside a lovely branded box and beautifully presented. I assumed the same for this purchase. Very disappointed when it arrived inside a plain cloth cover and plastic wrap. Contacted Nordstrom customer service asking for a store gift box. I was willing to pay for one! The response was no option was available unless I wanted to return the purse and reorder a new one with a gift bag.
