Kira Square Crossbody

I saw this on display in the Brie color. It stopped me in my tracks. I don't usually buy Tory Burch, but the unusual square shape, the compact size, color, and all-gold chain is what stood out. I touched it, examined the closure, took a peek inside, tried it on, and glanced at the price tag. I was with my young daughter, so I couldn't linger, but I came back tonight for it and was not disappointed. Nordstom even price-matched it for me since Tory Burch had it on sale. I am so happy. I just bought an expensive YSL a few weeks ago, but I couldn't wait to move into this bag. It fits my card holder, key cles, sunglasses, and small toiletries. It will not fit my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, but my phone is big, with a big case on it and a popsocket. Hardly a deal breaker. My phone is always in my hand, back pocket, or plugged in somewhere. Mini bags are in. My bag is now sitting on my counter, making my whole kitchen look better. It's amazing. So luxurious and beautiful. I am a handbag fanatic, and this little number from Tory Burch is so good. Well done, TB!

I want to make sure this review is as helpful as possible for anyone considering this bag. Here are the pros: 1.Tory Burch quality is so impressive and even beats out major fashion houses, this purse is no different. 2. The pillowy soft leather is an absolute delight. I love how classy it looks and you can dress it up or down 3. It’s small but lots of compartments, I can easily fit essentials. The interior is soft suede like material (maybe suede just don’t know for sure). 4. The square is such a fun shape and I can imagine this bag being timeless. I actually could see myself wearing this in multiple seasons as well. For a light bag it could also go well in Fall and winter Cons: 1) the color is very different than what is pictured on Nordstrom’s website. I included a photo of a bright white paper, an off white belt I own, and the bag for contrast. I expected an off white color like my belt and it is much more light tan/beige almost pink undertone. For that reason I very nearly returned it. But it was so cute and matched other items in my wardrobe so I’m keeping it. It’s not a bad color just not what I expected and I think others may have the same experience. 2. It didn’t come as nicely packaged and with a dust bag as my last Tory Burch Nordstrom’s purchase. That was disappointing. Possible cons: 1. This doesn’t bother me that much but I figured it’s worth mentioning…the interior is very tight. Like I said it fits all my essentials but not a bit more. Card case, keys, phone (I have an iPhone 7), lip gloss and lipstick, small hand sanitizer from bath and body works and that’s it! So if you want it to be more multifunctional this isn’t the bag. But I still recommend it as a lunch date with friends or even going into a date night. Given all of that I would still highly recommend this bag. And I do love Nordstrom’s customer service so that keeps me a loyal customer.

This purse was a hit for my mom who is a very hard person to buy gifts for. The size is very convenient with all of the compartments (3 pockets inside), a built in car holder, and a small pocket on the back of the bag. The hardware feels nice and sturdy, but is not gold as depicted in the photo and more of a brassy color. Otherwise, the construction is very well made and leather is very soft to touch. Overall this is a well made bag for the price and def recommend!
