Kira Small Quilted Leather Satchel

I fell in love with this bag the instant I saw it in the store and purchased before it was even carried online. I’ve kept it in the dust bag when not using it and treat it very well. The feel of the leather is very soft and the color is beautiful. However, on nearly the entire bag, what seems like a crinkly film has developed over the leather. It almost appears as if it has separated from the leather. It unfortunately makes me question the quality of the bag. I am still so torn on whether to return it because it is pretty, but I’m worried it will only get worse.
